Zion College Students help with WOW JAM event in Veterans Park on August 4th -- hundreds saved!

At the invitation of STRONGARM Ministries, Zion College students joined volunteers from over 25 churches in the Charlotte area to pitch tents, cut hair and minister as altar workers at a community outreach that offered practical assistance and the gospel of Jesus Christ in a fun and festive atmosphere. The event offered residents of various communities in need the opportunity for free career counseling, job interviews, makeovers, hair cuts, bike repairs, face painting, a hot lunch and to receive needed items such as new shoes and groceries...read full report.
